I found this place to be truly delightful and accommodating. I met with Rhody Richardson (a true gem) and he was knowledgeable and understanding for our situation trying to find the right place for my Aunt. I would recommend working with Brookdale and Rhody especially for placement of your loved one. They have a lot to offer.
Highly recommend this Assisted Living facility AAA++++ Rhody answered all my questions and made the transition easy moving my mother down from New York. Mom was so comfortable moving into her new home that she played the piano in the lobby on her very first day.
My mom and I took a tour of Brookdale last week and it was wonderful! Not only were they so polite and kind, they had lunch made for us and had wonderful Brookdale-ambassadors, who are residents, to sit with us and chat about how they liked Brookdale. Tiffany gave us a splendid tour, Nancy (the executive director) was extremely personable, everyone was so friendly, the place is immaculate and very homey.
