Prior to Elmcroft acquiring this property in late 2018, it was owned and operated by Brookdale. As Brookdale, the operation was well run, with responsive management, caring staff, and surprisingly good dining - and all at a decent price. But after Elmcroft took over, everything changed. Great place. Good staff.
Gone way down the toilet. Switched owners, staff went running, ones that stayed are miserable, new staff not doing their job. They hide in the stairwells and empty rooms and NEGLECT patients. Moving my family out asap. Such a shame.
06/05/19: Do NOT take your loved one at Elmcroft. The good reviews you can read from a year ago are not accurate today. This facility is falling apart! Today there is no more nurses and responsible people... only unqualified caregivers who do NOT care, specially during weekends. We had a terrible experience last weekend and moved her out.
