RecommendedAwesome community with wonderful staff! Enjoyed visiting the residents. Staff go above and beyond!
All the residents sit in their pee and slumped over as if they are drugged while the caregivers are out smoking - while families even go to the extent of having outside sitters come in to oversee the residents. Why is my family paying so much money for something they hire someone else to do or do themselves? I would like to understand that... I am highly disappointed.
Brookdale Senior living (Brookdale Columbus Ga) is the most amazing community in the world. The care and love that the staff gives,comes straight from their heart. This is the job I have waited for all my life. I am the Sales & Marketing Director which means I am the 911 first responder for these families with Dementia/Alzheimer's. I take my job very seriously.
