Orchard Park is the best decision I've ever made in my life my father is extremely happy there The place is Awesome!! The staff is Awesome !! They treat me and my father Oliver Hoffmann like family I've been working for Lake County Department of Social Services for 14 years as Lead Maintenance Teck and had been at Orchard Park in the past for work and I knew it would be a great place for my father and I was absolutely right. Our experience with our family member has been wonderful. Mom was in a big facility prior to coming to Orchard Park. This is a much smaller facility with friendly people who clearly enjoy the work that they do for the residents. Building relationships with residents and staff has been great for all of us. Especially for mom.

After being thrown into a situation with my mother, I contacted Orchard Park. From the time I contacted them, to the present, my experience has been EXCELLENT! My mom loves it there! They deal with issues immediately, staff is friendly and nice, and food is great!
