I have to say Thank You to the staff. They were so helpful and accommodating when I was working on getting my mother moved up from Denver. Thank you to management for working with me and thank you to all who had to transport all of her furniture as it straggler in one by one, piece by piece. It is and was appreciated so much!!
As an RN with years of experience, I felt the need to review this place. My mom was in an assistant living in Selah that was very unsafe with horrible treatment of all the residents there. I reported these unsafe conditions to APS and all I was told was my concerns were unfounded. After researching, I went to Chesterley and met with Emily. WOW!!! Sooo pleased with how they have helped me and my father out!!! We were put in an impossible situation and they really came through for us!!! Emily was phenomenal and really helped us push paperwork through to get my father into his new apt! During intake we were living on the west side of the state and they allowed us to use their sister location for the assessment and other paperwork. Made it so easy and took the burden of having to drive over the pass! I already feel like we are family and ready to make more friends... read more
Cascade of Chesterley is the most welcoming community I have ever been involved with. Everyone here treats you like family and the management team is outstanding. They communicate together on everything and always willing to help one another out. I would recommend Chesterley to a family looking to place a loved one in assisted living/memory care or a friend looking for a new job.
