The staff is unbelievable. Prior to my mom's move in, Lynn stayed in contact which made my mom feel wanted. The entire staff is caring and welcoming. The building is very well managed. The food is good and they appreciate feedback. I would highly recommend Amira Choice Champlin.
Our mother has been living there for only six months. She had a mishap fall Christmas day morning, slipped on her bathroom because her socks were slippery hit her head on the tub and the help that transpired for her was unbelievable from everyone of the staff on duty that day. Cheryl , Sarah ,Maria , Roger and Tracy . Everyone of them came to help our mother and called us along with help for her. We highly recommend Champlin Shores . By reading some of the 5 star reviews I noticed some were from existing employees. I have seen a lack of communication at all levels, lack of commitment to the residents by not replacing staff, total lack of staff. This can be witnessed by the number of residents keeps decreasing while costs keep going up.
