I am the Executive Director here at Champion Oaks. Please drop by any time and see what we have going on here. Love and kindness abound. We have care staffers with 30 plus years here! Best Chef this side of the Sabine River and lots of engaging activities. Our Clinicians are some of the best in their field.
Brookdale Champion Oaks is a ‘family style’ assisted living facility. The residents interact with each other like brothers and sisters, and the staff give personal attention as much as possible. As a caretaker for my brother, I appreciate being able to communicate with management and helpers easily. They are available and concerned about his individual needs.
