new the area of Canton so my first visit will not be my last. Mindy did everything from getting me there and on time - I got lost - the x-rays and handled insurtance like a pro. Then Ms Lisa comes in and does her thing all the while communicating whats going on and what our game plan is. Both great and very much appreciated.
This is the best dental office around. Everyone on the team is friendly, caring and competent. I always look forward to my appointments!
The comfortable atmosphere in the waiting room makes a dental appointment more like a visit to get a special spa treatment. You get a fresh new smile each time!
It went to Canton Heights Dental yesterday for a cleaning. Their staff is very professional and nice. It was a great experience.

I have talked to Ashley several times and she is always helpful and very nice ...so please talk to Ashley she is wonderful! The dentist was very nice and explained things to me so that I could understand...and he gave me a bit of hope...I will be returning back after I see the root canal doctor...thank you Dr. K !!

I had intermittent ache in lower back tooth which drove me to call for dental service. X-rays were taken and two fillings given. Next day the ache came back - real pain. It appears I need a root canal repair. I wish the doctor had been able to diagnose the more serious problem

We are very sorry to hear that your problem was not resolved immediately. Dr. Klausmeyer does like to be more conservative at times. Although, there are times where the tooth becomes more irritated because the decay has been removed. Sometimes this decay, sadly, can act as a "barrier". We hope that this does not to deter you from returning to see us!
Dr Bill and Lisa were very professional and caring. They listened to all my concerns and gave me all the time I needed. Great office !
