During the dinner service, I witnessed a staff member identified as "Tam" treating residents with significant hostility. Specifically, I observed her repeatedly and forcefully pushing a resident back into their wheelchair as they attempted to stand. This was accompanied by aggressive shouting directed at the resident. So impressed with the staff here - incredibly responsive and caring when my mom suddenly needed a lot of help with daily living tasks. Stephanie, the Director of the Brookdale at Home Services Department, was able to line up personal care assistants immediately and on a Sunday night no less - her day off! Taylor and Shireen have been wonderful as well with the timely arrangements to move mom into assisted living where she will get the help she needs. Shortly after we moved here my husband needed care. I contacted Brookdale at Home and the response and help were immediate. In addition the staff who came were caring and responsible. We moved into the right place at the right time. Although he passed away if this had happened living in our house it would have been a disaster with no help immediately available. I highly recommend Brookdale.
