My mom fell in her room at a Brookdale facility this morning at 7:30 AM. She pushed the emergency button that they gave her (that she always wears). She was lying on the floor 24 minutes waiting for someone to come. She had to make 3 phone calls before she got anyone to check in on her. Thank God she had her phone with her and was able to use it.
