My boys and I went to Brook trout dental until I missed an appointment for reason beyond my control , they told me I had to pay a 200.00 fee for not makiñg my appointment , then a friend of mine ,went in and got me a gift certificate of the amount of work that needed to be done for a Christmas gift , I went in to use the gift certificate, they didn't have time to finish in one day ,that needed to be done , so figured still had credit , no instead not only did they not do the work that was suppose to be done , but I got a bil... read more
This place is a joke of a dental office. The staff is constantly rude and always putting themselves first. They don’t care about their patients and have proven that time and time again. There prices are double everywhere else in town. I would run as far away from this place as you can get.
