Found the part(s) I was looking for online yesterday morning. Phoned up to make sure it was correct part for what I needed. The guy on the other end was helpful and confirmed that it was indeed the correct part. Paid over the phone and a conformation email with attached invoice was sent very quickly. The part arrived this afternoon (next day) via Royal Mail very well wrapped and protected in a strong cardboard box. Impressive service. Thank you.
I ordered a shock absorber and springs for my Honda CRF 300L motorcycle. During delivery, there were some customs issues, and the package was returned to the sender. Throughout the process, the store's customer support was responsive and helpful, and they had no problem reshipping the package to a different address. I recommend this store for purchases — any issues can be quickly resolved by contacting their support team.
