Bought a ohlins rear shock for my triumph bobber after discussing options and recommendations with Marc, really pleased with the results. Some time after I got a bit carried away when making adjustments to the spring preload and damaged the adjuster, Contacted Brook suspension again and they couldn’t have been more helpful, part ordered and fitted within a week and had a bit of a tour of the workshop too! Very knowledgeable and helpful guys, would definitely recommend. Ohlins fork upgrade could be next on my shopping list.
Can highly recommend brooks suspension, especially Marc he couldn't have been more helpful. I was struggling to source front springs for my imported Honda, so over lots of messages and patience he talked me through removing the original spring and what to measure so he could source an upgrade. This took quite some time and he was very helpful. I ended up with a perfect upgrade ..... highly recommend the guys at brooks, especially marc ... Thanks again
Recently had to speak to Marc about my settings on a YSS rear shock, really knowledgeable and helped me with the problems I was having, would highly recommend and definitely be back for any future purchases, just nice to have a reputable company giving cracking customer support.
I ordered a yss steering damper back in June over two months ago, I received the package after two weeks. When my mechanic was fitting we found that 3 screws where missing and two screws were the wrong threds all of which was in a vacuum pack and instructions were not even for the bike which it was ordered for. The yss damper was perfect but the bracket was not.
