Refused to be seen when I was 90 seconds past their "10 minute rule"! THE WAITING ROOM WAS EMPTY , NOT ONE OTHER PATIENT THERE TO BE SEEN BUT ME!! I had rushed there from another appointment with an Endocrinologist evaluating lab work that Brook Run Dr Nicholson alerted me about and referred me to see a Specialist for my thyroid level! Verrry rude receptionist. She told me i could wait 2 1/2 hours for a 5pm appointment or come back the next day! I said I work tomorrow and I live 50 miles away! HORRIBLE customer service. I want to let all that read this post to understand my frustration! Once I received notification that this facility was closing as of May 1st, 2021 - I have made phone calls, left messages, stopped by and with no COMMON COURTESY of a call back or anything - how SO UNPROFESSIONAL . I have been a patient with this facility starting with when they were located off of chamberlayne and the azalea area !!! I guess I mean absolutely nothing.
