Where to start... let's start with the customer service. Terrible. They have a "loyalty program" where you are supposed to get two free nights for a "program price". It's always a hassle to find a night you can stay and don't even think about a weekend stay. It appears that they block those for only paying customers and claim it's booked. If you leave a truthful poor review, they state they have a policy that puts you on a DNR (Do not rent) list.
