Glad they never answer the phone,it forces me to do my own work and seek parts elsewhere.quite successfully I might add.
Disgraceful service. Left a Whipper Snipper with them on the 17/11/22 and was told it would be ready in 2weeks. 3 weeks later was told they were waiting for part. Another 2 weeks later was told they didn’t know what was going on with it and they’d call back….no call received. On Friday 6/1/23 was told they hadn’t been able to look at it and would get onto it Monday 9/1/23. Called in today, Thursday 12/1/23 and told they were still waiting on the part required.
