I have rarely, if ever, been so pleased with an on-site appliance repair business. Our technician was very cordial, very kind and polite. He answered and explained any questions I had. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE I KNOW WHO MIGHT NEED A 5 STAR COMPANY.
I called LG about my refrigerator and freezer stopped working and they contacted Brook-Mill appliance repair. Jamison showed up on time and was so very professional. He performed the repair in a very timely manner. You should be very fortunate to have him as an employee. He is great at his profession. He changed out the compressor and was done in a very timely manner. Thank you for everything, Eric Gouker

Refrigerator died and Jared was out three days before L.G. had scheduled! Fixed everything. Cleaned up any mess. Very professional! Highly recommend!!!
I’ve taken old electronics to Brook-Mill for repair since they were located off Brooklyn Avenue on the south side. I tool an older Onkyo receiver in yesterday for diagnosis and to see if it was worth fixing (after Best Buy told me they don’t do that). They are an authorized service center for some brands. Once I took an old portable radio in, and they gave me a suggestion for how I could minimize the problem without a new part. Our barely 1 year old LG refrigerator died 3 days ago called LG and they called Brook-Mill for us and scheduled appointment for the next Monday. We received a called from the service guy (Jared) on Friday as we were driving back from Indy he told us he could look at our refrigerator that day and would wait for us to get back. He went above and beyond waiting for us to pull in the driveway got the refrigerator compressor changed out in no time flat!! Awesome guy, great personality and good worker!!
