Let’s just say you get what you pay for, bad management included. Could not stay at this place for more than 3 days since the apartment smells heavily of smoke, has roaches, and is in a bad neighborhood. Requested a lease termination and got it which management promised to return the first months rent included in the deposit, but after fighting with them about it for two months I’ve yet to receive anything so I wouldn’t expect them to return your deposit either.
