Impossible to get an appointment or even anyone on the phone. I was told to 'seek medical advice' on a recent e-consult... Isn't that what a GP is for?!
Hot there early to book an appointment, very good service.
Recently they changed the appointment booking system to make it easier... They ask to call later during the day to avoid 8am rush. I rang them in the afternoon just to hear that they don't have anything now, and to call tomorrow before 9 am. It's madness. You still can't get any appointments there! What the point??? I hear from friends how they always get appointments at their GPs. Why this one is so different? And the rudeness of the front desk staff is unchangeable...
Feeling quite depressed about the practice reception admin staff and doctors they say they when ask question they don't they say going to get in touch don't You ask them to do something they say they will don't do it they say they contact you by 18.30.fri don't I wish it wasn't this way I haven't been to doctors before this for over four years not a moaner really there maybe explanation but at the moment I feel deflated
