If I could do 0 star review thats what it would have been, the staff here are rude unhelpful. Receptionist are rude, moody, judgemental. locum doctors with no care and dirty looks throughout the appointment no alternatives “just deal with it.” I left this surgery triggered with anxiety. I felt unheard, unseen just another person in a lie of people waiting for help and advise which they do not care to give as you only have 10 minutes to speak about your concerns even though getting an appointment is impossible. I got a very unacceptable phone conversation by this surgery. Not professional at all. I called the surgery at 8am for an appointment as instructed the day before. The person who answered was confrontational and very rude from the beginning I had difficulty being heard, possibly due to a poor phone connection, which made the conversation even more difficult. Had painful itchy rash, totally overwhelming, no going out, no sleep. Over 2 weeks unable to get an appointment. Eventually beat the system by deciding on my own to give a urine sample which resulted in being phoned by a doctor! This is no way to get care when needed. The system does not work. The receptionists are put through unnecessary stress and the Practice Manager should be severely interrogated to explain why current system is good for anyone. Would give 0 stars if I could. This surgery gets worse and worse. Patient Access no longer works. The new replacement system doesn't work. Can't order meds online. Can't get an appointment by phoning at 8am. Utterly clueless staff who don't give a damn and it's like talking to a trained monkey. The manager doesn't give a damn.
