I loved living in this community only reason why I moved because I moved out of state but now I'm moving back to Connecticut and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else but this location. My apartment was beautiful, quiet, close to grocery store, the gym, highway, maintenance always available and Julie is an angel. This location is one of the best places I lived and management was always professional and always on top of any of my concern even though it wasn't many because everything was perfect.
Do not I repeat DO NOT live here Way overpriced, plumbing is so bad and maintenance does not know how to fix anything . Toilet will constantly overflow , heat needs to be on 79 just to get somewhat warm in winter time. Lots of issues with electric outlets not working and plumbing issues which is very aggravating for nearly 1400 bucks a month to live in plus the laundry machines in the facinity do not get cleaned , repaired or fixed. I lived more than 5yrs here. Kid friendly apartment with hardwood floors to raise kids peacefully. Well maintained lawns and 2 big play area. Heat, sewer and hot water is included in the rent which is really awesome deal. Maintenance people are very friendly. Best place to rent.
This was the first place my mother moved to 35 years ago bc she didn't want raise me and brothers in the city. Mind you I still live in this town and my mother been moved out of state. Moral of the story is this complex is still well kept. I have a friend that lives there and these apartments are still nice. I wish I could move in one of the units, it's always filled up.
