Wanted to buy some Farrow & Ball paint. Checked opening times on both website and Google - says open until 16:00pm. Drove for 30 mins to get to shop and arrived at just after 15:00pm. Shop closed up with no signs to indicate why. Drove home - one hour of this potential customer's time wasted. Very annoying and unprofessional behavior
