This review isn’t about a haircut, but rather the integrity of the owner. She ordered a very large order for delivery, asked me to go above and beyond by carrying it all in and putting it away (I’m only required to leave it at the door), and then left a tip of $1.88. I thought maybe she would add more of a tip afterwards, and she did. The tip raised up to $1.94. My cut is beautiful. And I love Brook and co. However, I just had my hair done. Strictly just cut, no color, no shampoo, just a cut. It was $38, not including tip. To me that is insane. I can understand if they shampoo and all that, but for just a haircut it should not have cost me $45 after tip. It looks like this will be my last time going there. :(
