At our daughter's recommendation, we contacted Brook-Clean for the first deep clean of our apartment in . . . way too long. In any event, our cleaner did a fine job. I also appreciated that, leading up to cleaning day, Brook-Clean responded promptly and clearly to any questions we had. We will definitely be using them again.
We have been using Brook-Clean for about two years and we had mixed results. Everything started very well but their quality and thoroughness has been going down lately. They used to send four cleaners and stay there two hours for a 1,400sf two stories house. Now they send two cleaners and stay for one hour. We had them yesterday at our place and the house looks only partially cleaned. Floor is not fully swept, BOMA cleaner left some strikes, no shelves cleaned. Great service! Clear expectations, brilliant communication and thorough cleaning! A deep clean was seriously needed before we had our new baby. And now my apartment always looks great once Dorota has been here every week for standard cleaning! Highly recommend.
