Very friendly and efficient service. Sam Thomas looked after us and he was great. They have a good collection of eyewear frames from which one can choose. The place is very pleasant with a big window facing Bloor street, and plenty of light coming in. They are conveniently located on the ground floor of medical building, with metered parking close by.
Purchased a pair of prescription Sunglasses from Sam. Lens kept falling out. Sam without any hesitation advised me lens would be sent back and replacement lenses would be ordered. Excellent customer service. Thanks again Sam.
Really poor experience here. Clerk was very rude to me. I will not be coming back here, and suggest you don't either. I guess I wasn't old and white enough for them.
Admittedly I have been a somewhat difficult client but regardless of the issue or challenge presented Sam and team have been consummate professionals providing impeccable customer service every step of the way and IMhO enormous value. They can consider me a customer for life.
Wonderful customer service, beautiful store and excellent selection of glasses.
