Brook Behavioral Health was able to deliver individualized anxiety treatment through CBT and supportive group sessions. Throughout my experience working with their providers, they were dedicated to understanding my problems and how they could help me. The clinicians were compassionate and consistently kept me focused on practical strategies for coping with symptoms on a daily basis, and they made me feel supported during the earlier stages of treatment in regaining my control, courage and confidence.
Yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, and therapy were all incorporated into Brook's holistic addiction treatment for anxiety. Not only did I feel more at ease, but I also felt as though my healing had truly begun. My entire body benefited, not only my mind, but my whole self found healing-forever grateful.
I went to their dual diagnosis treatment center after struggling with alcoholism and anxiety. The team did not treat my addiction and anxiety disorder separately, instead they created a plan where both of my issues were given attention. My sobriety and mental health are now in balance, which was made possible only by that integrated approach.
I picked their residential rehab center because I needed more guidance than outpatient treatment could provide. I was able to face my severe anxiety and drug cravings in a safe environment while living on-site. My hand was held by the caring staff during the most difficult times.
