During one of the most anxious times in my life, Brook Behavioral Health’s personalized CBT and supportive group therapy helped me rediscover my path to healing. The therapists’ empathy and professionalism created a safe space where I could face my fears and build coping tools that still guide me today.
Yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, and therapy were all incorporated into Brook's holistic addiction treatment for anxiety. Not only did I feel more at ease, but I also felt as though my healing had truly begun. My entire body benefited, not only my mind, but my whole self found healing-forever grateful.
After years of using alcohol as a coping mechanism for my anxiety, I checked myself into Brook Behavioral Health. In addition to detoxing me, their clinical team helped in identifying the anxiety that underlies my addiction. I'm now at last tackling the true cause of my difficulty. I am really thankful that I chose Brook.
I picked their residential rehab center because I needed more guidance than outpatient treatment could provide. I was able to face my severe anxiety and drug cravings in a safe environment while living on-site. My hand was held by the caring staff during the most difficult times.
