Just purchased Nero 400 from Brook Bake US. Andy was very helpful, answered all my questions. I love my oven and after working with another popular oven, the Nero is a great improvement.

I am totally impressed by the Pico Plus's performance. I no longer need to pine away about missing my Bongard ovens! Chandley has found the sweet spot for all of us cottage bakers. Thank you Brook Bake!

The customer service at Brook Bake is extraordinary. I purchased two ovens and a mixer for my micro bakery and the ordering process was made seamless. Every time that I had called Brook Bake I reached a knowledgeable representative of the firm who was courteous and able to answer my questions. Delivery of my equipment was done with the most care and Andy even called to check in with me to ask if all was ok. Just had my first bake with the Nero 400 and Wow!! Couldn’t ask for a better beginning to a relationship with an oven. Also, want to give a shout out to Andy Bray for the incredible customer service and support throughout the purchase process and shipping. The shipping company utilized in my area were professional and prompt. If you are in need of a wide range of baking equipment, not matter what size your operation is, Brook Bake is a leader of the pack!! Do yourself a favor and work with the Pros!! !!
