I recently ordered an item for my grandson from her store to be shipped and when it arrived the bottom of the package was torn out and the item was missing. With a quick email Julia worked tirelessly and graciously to replace the item which was now sold out. Within a week, I had my item for my grandson's birthday! She is amazing to work with!
