The NP Shania Rivera is dismissive and rude. Barged into the room to announce that my visit had to be cancelled due to a guideline that she refused to explain after the call center assured me that what i wanted could be done. Didn’t ask me if i need help with anything else, had any questions, didn’t even introduce herself no compassion, no care. 0/10 would not recommend.
On 5/30/2025 at 4:06 PM, my sister arrived just 6 minutes late to her appointment. The male staff member at the front desk who claimed to be the manager (unfortunately didn’t get his name) told her the appointment was cancelled because the doctor had already left. This was after the office called her multiple times in a single day to confirm and even tried to move her appointment earlier. The receptionist on April 25th was rude and unhelpful they open at 8am but rudely stated that there will be no doctor until 9:30am because they were holding a meeting guess everyones health gets kicked to the side while they do their meeting
I will tell people don’t bring your sick child to this place, they check my son and I have to wait for more than an hour for the doctor order test for my son and before to see him. He have fever 102, they gave medicine after more than 30 minutes passed. When I verbalized that they are very slow she told me they have a meeting, when I was desperate to the doctor check on my son. I only went to Dr.Bianca because her reviews was good I wouldn’t recommend her for a pediatrician her attitude is not the best she didn’t want to give my child a flu shot for daycare the ladies up front with the braids and the blunt bob are so nice and helping . Dr.Bianca needs to work on her attitude !
