This is a horrible place. I was placed here in 2022 after saying I wanted to kms. Which was understandable so the ambulance drove me here. I sat down from 30-45 minutes in the waiting room getting my blood pressure checked and got asked questions. I was allowed to have my phone at that time but then I got sent into a room that had two female nurses. I don’t know why the clerical people when you’re asking about your families members personal information they choose to put you on a speaker so that everybody in their mother can hear you ask about your family members especially personal information. It is unethical. They’re not supposed to do. it is violating their HIPAA then they hang up on you when you ask them for their information or asking them to Take you off the speaker.
