The worst hospital and worst emergency room I have ever been in, the staff nurse were rude. I came by an ambulance with an injury in my knee. After waiting for more than 4 hours they put me in a wheelchair refusing to give me a bed to lay down until I get the x-ray results stating that there was no bed only the examinations bed and I am not allowed to stay there and that they are afraid that I will fall down 🤨 they were rude, cruel. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at BronxCare ER. What I encountered was disorganized, inattentive, and deeply concerning. The emergency room appeared severely understaffed with qualified nurses and physicians, yet there seemed to be an overwhelming number of students and personnel walking around without clear direction.
