Went here once with I was in dire need, saw a woman struggling to walk in basically having a heart ache and staff ignored her other than to tell her to get out of the way. The complete disregard for someone in need. Ended up going to Columbia on 168th and the attending there even said he wouldn't send a corpse here to die lol

Dirty facility with staff who alternate between friendly and unhelpful at a whim. No one can answer a straight question and they all point fingers at each other instead of taking responsibility for even the slightest issue. There are long wait times for all exams, scans, and x-rays. There seems to be a staff shortage everywhere in all healthcare in the country and they seem to run away the fastest from here.

if your from the bronx u already know not to come here. you will be waiting the entire day make sure your schedule is cleared 9 times out of 10 they will tell u information u can find on google doctors will play in your face save your time if its not a do or die emergency.

Never go to this hospital. A doctor by the name of Joshua Haratz ruptured my eardrum, and I started bleeding everywhere. I came in to get my ear checked and he told me that he saw something (which was completely false) so he proceeded to pull out a syringe with some water in it and shoved it in my ear to flush it out. Three years later, and im still dealing with ear pain from the injury caused by a doctor here. The most unqualified people work here. His Karma will come for him. Never let these people touch you.
