Massive zoo in the hood. Can spend all day there checking out exhibits. I think late afternoon may be best time to see the animals active otherwise may catch them hiding or sleeping

It's an amazing place but it takes 2 days to cover the entire zoo.
Free admission during wednesdays!
Support the zoo, it's the one place where kids can learn, and families can share time. I have been coming with my family since I was little.
Great place for family fun
An incredible zoo - clean, fabulous petting zoo, and a staff that really seems to care.
Animals are great, food is poor, security guards will hassle you if you lean back on a bench and look at the clouds.
