It’s 2026, and reaching someone by phone at this facility seems nearly impossible. I’ve attempted to call more than 30 times over the past several months to schedule an appointment following my ultrasound, and no one has answered. After my ultrasound, I also never received a follow-up call from my GYN to review my results, which I believe should be standard practice. My appointment was for 11AM it’s currently 12:23pm and still haven’t got seen. Been patiently waiting to get seen/called.
This location is TERRIBLE they never have available appointments for a sonogram, they DO NOT LIKE to answer the phone, everyone is rude , seams like they don’t wanna be their and they make appointments for you with out asking for a time or date they just except you to be their when is convenient to them, just go somewhere else.
Worst place to ever get a sonogram! The staffing is not pleasant and will not treat you right. If you’re 5 minutes late they’ll tell you, you’ll have to reschedule and literally don’t see you.
