My experience was horrible wasn’t able to get my daughter seen because I had my support animal with me. No one wanted to help they were rude and very unprofessional. Now having a service animal I know my rules. She was in a bag zipped up not like she was walking around. Also the serviría gurad was very unprofessional
I went in for my physical and went back for my lab results I owed $15 copay and their card read "wasn't working" so I gave them my physical card and 3 hrs later my bank contacts me for via text saying "did you make a $400 purchase on only fans?" Obviously I typed no and I don't use those sites for anything. One of the women at the front desk is doing fraud. I had cash I should've payed cash smh. The people that work here are horrible. I don’t recommend this clinic at all‼️ I rather go to burnside location even if it’s packed …
Overall a really good experience I was really surprised only because unfortunately living here within the Bronx there’s not much professional when it comes to the medical field and it’s either really slow and sometimes as a patient it’s frustrating or we aren’t be taken seriously and only being seen as a insurance number to benefit their end but this place really blew me away because it was not only very professional but also very nice and where super helpful with me the entire time and the front desk were amazing and alot o... read more
