I went in for my physical and went back for my lab results I owed $15 copay and their card read "wasn't working" so I gave them my physical card and 3 hrs later my bank contacts me for via text saying "did you make a $400 purchase on only fans?" Obviously I typed no and I don't use those sites for anything. One of the women at the front desk is doing fraud. I had cash I should've payed cash smh. The people that work here are horrible. I don’t recommend this clinic at all‼️ I rather go to burnside location even if it’s packed …

Overall a really good experience I was really surprised only because unfortunately living here within the Bronx there’s not much professional when it comes to the medical field and it’s either really slow and sometimes as a patient it’s frustrating or we aren’t be taken seriously and only being seen as a insurance number to benefit their end but this place really blew me away because it was not only very professional but also very nice and where super helpful with me the entire time and the front desk were amazing and alot o... read more

This place is the worst. Don’t ever schedule appts here. They schedule appts, when u get there, they tell u there’s no equipments and the computer is down. U would think they’d give u a call to let u know. Not only wasted my time, but even worst for the results. They tell u, can come in any time to pick up ur results within 3/4 days, I even gave them a week in half and no results in. They told me I had to wait until it gets faxed from jersey.
