This was the first time I attended Ferragosto in the Bronx little Italy. In September of 2024. It was an amazing experience of music, the smells of good food, and a wonderful atmosphere. I had lunch at Enzo's, and the fried meatballs appetizer was amazing with a great flavor. I also brought some of Enzo's sauce and macaroni home. I will definitely be back next year. If you ever get the chance to go, definitely go and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere.
This is a great Little Italy. Very authentic. Great bakeries, restaurants and coffee. Enzo's is great for pasta, probably the best anywhere. Great place to explore. This Little Italy lacks the aesthetics of Mulberry Street. But, it seems more authentic and less touristy. In movie land language, this is Tessio's territory. It was later run by Sonny, as related by Calogero, who was known as "C".

A place with a now diverse culture and great restaurants everywhere you look. Not to mention the chance to see a list actors that come either because they lived here or for little Italy's famous once mafia spots restaurants Chaz palmentierri is one that comes often.
