Being here since 9.00 a.m and still had not been seen.very arrogant staff
Wait time is too long and staff doesn’t informed you about anything. I’ve been waiting since 2:45 and an hour has passed already.
Horrible experience. Long wait. No where to sit. I escorted my 79 y/o mother to her appointment. I was told I had to wait outside where it was very cold. Due to COVID they only have space for patients with Appointment. Seats are blocked off.. the office manager was very rude about it.
