This emergency is a total disaster. The 1st thing you have to do when you arrive is stand on a long line so they can ask you some questions so that the registration department can get info to registe you.. That in itself can be 15-30 min. Then you go to another line to register. That is another process, they want to take pictures of you and want you to sign on keypad without giving you reading material to see what your signing for.
