Katie, my service representative, provided excellent customer service during my visit to Honda Service of the Bronx on 9/19/25.
I dropped my car off for a few hours to get a recall fixed, oil change and tire rotation. Each one of my tires are marked in a way that I know which is which. At the pick up I trusted that the job was done and just hopped in the vehicle and left. My car kept giving me oil notification even after driving for over 20 miles. Coming to Honda of the Bronx Service has been a pleasure. I was helped by Katie. She’s awesome. Also the service manger Victor is the best. They always take care of you & give the best customer service. Thank you guys.
I went there on 9/10/25, and my service advisor, Christina was GREAT! She took care of me in a rapid pace! The service was fast, the staff were friendly, coffee nice and hot (I didn’t have any!), but I used to go to Honda of white plains, NO MORE! I’m staying where I live! I got better service in my own neighborhood, than going to westchester! This was my first visit, very impressive, the young man who valets your car also CUDOS to him! I am very satisfied with the service and customer support that I received from the Bronx Honda Service Center. I was fortunate to be helped by Christina who was very courteous and efficient. She kept me up to date as my car was being serviced. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
