Another customer came in while I was there and this lady spent 10 minutes advising where he could go to get the help he needed since they didnt offer that specific service(something involving tinted windows). Trusted and recommended.
As many customers have noted, Jerry & Son Auto Service Inc. offers excellent customer service — the front desk staff, April and Jose, are especially helpful and welcoming. Wait times are reasonable; I brought my car in for an inspection and it took about an hour. I’ll definitely be back. Sam Ph.
I was nervous to take my car as it’s my first car so I didn’t know who to trust. I’m glad I took a risk with Jerry & son. I went to get an inspection and I was there for around 15 mins and I had made an appointment on their website and it was so smooth and quick the front desk staff especially April was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I was very pleased with their services.
As always the people and service was great! they are very knowledgeable, courteous and just plain nice people! i wouldn’t go anywhere else and have been a customer for over 20 years! they are the best!
