Did the job for me! The guy called day of when he was on his way, and started doing his thing I called this company because my washer got messed up, and I wanted someone to take a look to know if I needed a new one or not and he fixed my washer! Saved me 100s, on time, quick and efficient Thanks guys!
While I was doing the laundry last weekend, I was annoyed with the strange noise coming from my washing machine. I was afraid that it would cause a bigger problem, so I contacted Bronx Appliance Repair Ltd and asked them to have my washer checked. They were more than happy to help, and I was pleased because their technician promptly came to my house. He thoroughly assessed the issue and fixed it quickly. My problem is gone now, and I am thankful because they didn’t charge me much. Keep it up, guys!
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE , GOT CHARGED 75$ TO BE TOLD THE WRONG DIAGNOSTIC ! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, I ASKED THEM TO COME OUT TO GIVE A PROPER DIAGNOSTIC AND CLAIMED THEY WOULD CHARGE ME 75$ AGAIN , LIKE SERIOULSY ? IF YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY JUST CALL THEM , BEWARE THESE POSITVE REVEIWS CAN NOT BE LEGIT . THEY HAVE VARIOUS SITES WITH DIFFERENT NAMES. IF A ENGLISH SPEAKING LADY WITH A RUSSIAN KIND OF ACCENT ANSWERS THIS IS THEM.
The guy came did not find the problem with the fridge he just told me is not working and end up charging me a $75 service fee for coming but didn’t tell me whats the problem nor can he fix it .
