Poor communication and terrible customer service. They missed multiple appointments without notifying me, and when they finally showed up, they rushed the job. Now my roof is leaking worse than before, and they won’t return my calls. Stay away!

I had a terrible experience with this roofing contractor. They promised to complete the job within a week, but it took over a month with constant delays and poor communication. When the work was finally done, I noticed several leaks and uneven shingles. Despite multiple attempts to contact them for repairs, they either ignored my calls or gave me excuses. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable—I would not recommend them to anyone looking for quality roofing work.

Jaycee and his team were awesome and flawless and proficient, tidied up as they went. I generally disliked my insurance agency paying for my case and Jaycee exceeded all expectations to assist with getting it settled and we were exceptionally cheerful satisfied and thankful for all they did. I energetically suggest them particularly as a private company.

Happy with my brand-new roof! Because he didn't want to spend the money, my husband almost sent them away. I kept talking, and I was told that storm damage might be covered by insurance. Since it was, we carried on,
