Been to the clinic a couple times and they’ve been nothing but amazing towards me and super accommodating to my schedule would 100% recommend this office
This office is a ripoff. I booked an appointment for my mother who has the new government dental insurance. She has coverage of 100% and this was confirmed by the receptionist. I spent a long time over the phone with the receptionist because she wanted to have all the details before hand which this is normal. But she NEVER told me that they charge extra even if the coverage is fully 100%. We got to the office with my mother in pain only to be told that I had to pay extra just for an exam and the xray and who knows how much f... read more
After many years as a loyal patient of Bronte Hill Dental, I am extremely disappointed with the way long-standing patients are treated when an unexpected emergency causes them to miss an appointment. Despite assurances that someone would call me back to reschedule, no one followed through.
