It’s always been a pleasure going here! The staff are incredibly friendly, I’m greeted by name upon entering, and I always leave happier than I came. I’m touched by their generosity and knowledge and could not recommend them more!
Couldn’t even replace my glue properly on my wire for maintenance- broke after 1 week. I follow up and she says my wire is faulty and I need a whole new wire I go to my dentist and he put new glue on and said wire is fine I also paid $300 out of pocket for a new retainer. It didn’t fit properly and she starts telling me I just need to get used to how the new retainer moves my teeth. 1/5. Would never come back to this scam.
