TIWANKA - the receptionist - is so helpful and supportive, although I came late at the end of the day, she was calm, smiling, didn’t let me down and created a chance to see Dr BILAL who is so friendly gave me all the time I need - understood my concerns and was so professional and knowledgeable I recommend him to everyone - he is one of the rare doctors u feel comfortable with Thanks dr Bilal for ur support tonight :)
Dr. Bilal is a great doctor, but I had an extremely disappointing experience when trying to confirm some important referrals. The receptionist on the phone repeatedly cut me off, dismissed what I was saying, and even claimed I was “confused” and “making up” what I heard him confirm to me (twice - over the period of the two appointments). As someone living with chronic pain, these referrals were crucial to my care, and I was simply trying to advocate for myself. Dr Bilal is a breath of fresh air to Bronte Family Medical. I am so glad to have him as my Family Doctor. Kudos also to the great Receptionists Veena and Victoria. Fully recommend this Clinic
