Excellent medical practice
I have seen so many GPs over the years and honestly feel like I have found gold having found Dr Hardy. I almost can’t believe it! I have never known a GP to care as deeply as Dr Hardy. She is so calming, enthusiastic, fun, intelligent and makes me feel comfortable and safe. She goes above and beyond for her patients. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Really gone down hill. Overpriced. 6 mins, made to feel like I shouldn’t have wasting their time.
Tried 2 of the Drs there with no solutions and overbearing attitude.
We love Dr Caroline Hardy but feels like the practice or whole system is broken. Basic admn things like blood test results or script renewals you’re forced to make another appt and costs $120 each time even after an initial consultation. Reception aren’t helpful. Simply can’t afford to stay here. Sadly it feels more about the $$$ then the patient now.
