I will not use this service ever again. I had heard that they are rude to women so I had my partner make the call for me (just for a regular service). They agreed on the price and said they would call if anything else needed done. I dropped off the car and they were unbelievably rude to me. They called my partner and said that the car needed this and that and it would be a few hundred dollars more (my car is fairly new). Jeep Wrangler TJ 97 (convertible) Professionalism: Dropped my car off at 7am (booked) and was told at 5pm to wait till tomorrow. Asked if he was going to leave my car outside and he said mumbled some answer implying he would. Well it stormed that night and my car didnt have a roof. Thank you!! I really appreciate all that you did to get my car repaired! I called today in a panic as my car wasn't starting and I needed to pick the children up from daycare. I spoke to Tass and he told me to bring my car asap and he would look at it. I could see that they were very busy. Tass tested my car battery and it was dead.
