Grumpy, retail-snobby girl at front desk barely looked at me or spoke to me when I came in. Guy who did my evaluation wasn't much friendlier. He actually argued with my answers to his questions! What is that, being obnoxious or arrogant or both? I guess they shouldn't assume everyone is beneath them because I could have insisted they called me doctor and showed them my five degrees.
