As I enter, I have to wait for the receptionists to finish their conversation before they will even acknowledge I am standing right in front of them. The older receptionist really needs to work on her bedside manner for sure. No privacy at all.
I was treated as if my pain was insignificant. I had to wait a month for an MRI. And once I got the results I was not contacted that I did not need a brace or crutches anymore. The doctor was very rude about that. And I mean VERY rude. Sorry I wasted your time with my insignificant pain!
I would give this place a 0 if I could....Be nice if someone would answer the phone there?????.
Had to drive my husband here. He’s on crutches. I went in with him and was holding all his stuff (on crutches) the lady gave me a mask and then told me I had to go to the car. What was the point of giving me a mask. She was just very rude.
nice people in person. don't expect them to ever answer a phone call though
