I've been going here since my Doctor transferred her practice from ProMed several years ago. Then Dr. Mumford retired and I switched to Katelyn DeCarli, D. O. I am very satisfied with her care and the time she takes to listen to me. I had been seeing Dr. Mumford for 30 years so was worried about switching.
Hello! They did not communicate with me that I was due for a check up and now wont let me get my meds that i have been on for years with no change in prescription. I understand that you need to come in so often for certain strength drugs, but to not even let me know in any way, until i contacted them asking why my script cant be filled... waiting for days without these meds literally makes me physically sick. Former pharmacist at Meijer… huh smh… maybe because of his practices???… I have never been told to take someone else’s medicine, even if we are prescribed the same thing. Well, Tom Garries over at Walgreens who used to work at Meijer formerly , told me on video that I should use my spouse’s prescription until mine could be filled.
