Very poor customer service.
My daughter needed to see her doctor for a health concern which reception said needed a nurse to speak to, but spent 45 minutes (calling 3 times and each time got transferred to a nurse and waited on hold then hung up on). I tried calling for the 4th time and immediately went to hold with recording. We never got through. Another notch of disappointment in this location and doctors/nurses there. We will be looking for another pcp for her.
Went in for a free preventative care appointment covered by my insurance. Left with a surprise $250 bill because I was asked if I had any health issues and I answered honestly, so my visit was no longer billed as preventative care. Plus this place will extort you to come in for completely unnecessary visits and will hold your meds captive until you fork over the cash and make an in-person appt.
