Horrible wait time. I came into the ER hoping to get treatment for Lyme related symptoms. I have been bitten by ticks before and was wondering maybe I missed one. CDC is outdated and wrong, ticks have been shown to transmit diseases much faster than 24 hours. I was getting joint pains, muscle aches, weakness, clicking joints all over my body, nerve pains and tingles, brain fog, confusion, weakness, etc. I told the doctors this.
